Unframed prints:
All unframed prints will ship UPS Ground or USPS Global Priority. If you are anywhere other than the continental US please select USPS Global Priority when checking out, to receive the correct shipping charge.
Canvas:
All canvas prints will ship UPS Ground or USPSGlobal Express. If you are anywhere other than the continental US please select USPS Global Express when checking out, to receive the correct shipping charge. As these items are already stretched the pricing and policies will match those of our framed items. Please refer to the section below for more information.
Framed art:
Framed art, including items framed with the custom framer, will ship UPS Ground in the United States. Outside the contintental United States, please select USPS Global Express for your shipping choice. If you fail to select the correct choice your order may be substantially delayed. The range of pricing is based on the number of items in the order and the size. Larger items are considered oversized and are substantially more expensive when shipped internationally. (Please email us if you want a more affordable shipping method. You must be willing to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery and accept all responsibility for the package. Our money back guarantee and insurance will not cover packages shipped this way.)
Print will come custom wrapped and shipped in a postal triangle. All our framed art comes in custom packaging designed to the rigors of global shipping. If for any reason it arrives damaged, please let us know so we can rectify the situation.
Most orders will arrive 5 - 7 days after we receive your payment. All framed prints will include custom packaging. On rare occassions, depending on the print, some items may take 9 - 16 business days to ship. All canvas orders will not ship for 2-4 weeks. This seems like a long time, but it will be well worth the wait. These Canvas items are made by hand, so they cannot be rushed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund (excluding shipping). If the print, or framed print, is damaged we will be happy to rush a replacement item to you. We reserve the right to change carriers without notification. Prices will not change.
